Sec. 2. The division of disability and rehabilitative services advisory council is established to advise and assist the division of disability and rehabilitative services in its effort to develop and sustain a system of supports and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The council will provide technical expertise and lived experiences and advise on specific areas such as:
