Terms Used In Indiana Code 12-9-4-6
- council: refers to the division of disability and rehabilitative services advisory council established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-9-4-1
- Presiding officer: A majority-party Senator who presides over the Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing Members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
Sec. 6. The council shall meet at least six (6) times annually and is subject to special meetings at the call of its presiding officer.
