Sec. 52.5. “Depolymerization” means a manufacturing process in which post-use polymers are broken into smaller molecules, including:
(1) monomers and oligomers; or
(2) raw, intermediate, or final products, plastics and chemical feedstocks, basic and unfinished chemicals, waxes, lubricants, and coatings.
