Sec. 81.5. (a) “Fiduciary capacity”, for purposes of IC 13-23-13, means the capacity of a person in holding title to an underground storage tank or aboveground storage tank pursuant to the exercise of the responsibilities of the person as a fiduciary.
(b) “Fiduciary capacity”, for purposes of IC 13-24-1, means the capacity of a person in holding title to a petroleum facility pursuant to the exercise of the responsibilities of the person as a fiduciary.Terms Used In Indiana Code 13-11-2-81.5
(c) “Fiduciary capacity”, for purposes of IC 13-25-4, means the capacity of a person in holding title to a vessel or facility pursuant to the exercise of the responsibilities of the person as a fiduciary.
