Sec. 6. The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide that the opportunity for judicial review allowed under section 4 or 5 of this chapter applies to the revision or modification of a permit or license under the operating permit program under 42 U.S.C. § 7661 through 7661f.
