Sec. 7. The department shall conduct testing of the water supply for East Chicago. Testing shall be conducted in such a way as to determine whether the water supply for East Chicago is in compliance with the requirements of 40 C.F.R. § part 141, Subpart I, the national primary drinking water regulations for lead and copper.
