Indiana Code 14-13-1-12. Meetings

Sec. 12. (a) The commission shall meet on call of any of the following:

(1) The chairman.

commission: refers to the Indiana White River state park development commission. See Indiana Code 14-13-1-1
Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.

(2) The executive director.

(3) Any three (3) voting members.

(b) Seven (7) voting members constitute a quorum.
