Sec. 14. (a) The governor shall appoint an executive director for the commission.
(b) The executive director serves as the chief administrative officer of the commission.Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-13-1-14
(c) The executive director shall implement the policies of the commission.
(d) The commission may delegate any of the commission’s powers to the executive director.
(e) The executive director may:
(1) hire and terminate commission staff; and
(2) exercise supervisory duties with respect to the staff of the commission.
