Indiana Code 14-13-6-8. Duties of counties appointing members

Sec. 8. Each county that appoints a member to the commission shall do the following:

(1) Send a copy of the resolution to the director.

commission: refers to the Wabash River heritage corridor commission established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-13-6-2

(2) Inform the director of the name of the county’s appointee when the appointment is made.
