Indiana Code 14-19-11-16. Exemption; paying certain taxes or assessments

Sec. 16. The authority is not required to pay taxes or assessments upon:

(1) any property acquired or used by the authority; or

authority: refers to the Indiana state park inns authority established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-1
Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) the income from property acquired or used by the authority.
