Sec. 20. The executive director and the employees of the authority are:
(2) subject to ethics rules and requirements that apply to the executive branch of state government.
(1) under the jurisdiction of and rules adopted by the state ethics commission; and

- authority: refers to the Indiana state park inns authority established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-1
- executive director: refers to the executive director of the Indiana state park inns authority appointed under section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-3
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
