Indiana Code 14-19-11-4. Establishment; purpose

Sec. 4. The Indiana state park inns authority is established for the purposes of managing, operating, and administering:

(1) inns, lodging, and other facilities on property owned or operated by the department; and

authority: refers to the Indiana state park inns authority established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-1
executive director: refers to the executive director of the Indiana state park inns authority appointed under section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-3
Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) activities associated with hospitality and recreation as considered necessary by the executive director.
