Indiana Code 14-19-11-7. Executive director; appointment

Sec. 7. (a) The director of the division shall:

(1) appoint an individual to serve as executive director of the authority; and

authority: refers to the Indiana state park inns authority established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-1
division: refers to the division of state parks established by IC 14-9-4-1. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-2
executive director: refers to the executive director of the Indiana state park inns authority appointed under section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-19-11-3

(2) evaluate the performance of the executive director annually.

(b) The director of the division may dismiss the executive director of the authority.
