- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 3. Thousands of Hoosiers all over the nation have contributed toward the moving and restoration of this historic house and because the house has already proven to be an outstanding tourist attraction and in keeping with our great American heritage, it is the intent of this chapter that the office of tourism development (before July 1, 2020) or the Indiana destination development corporation (after June 30, 2020), the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation (IC 4-37-2-1), and other appropriate state boards and agencies give widespread publicity to this memorial by brochure, pamphlet, or other means.
