Sec. 28. A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally disturbs human remains or grave markers while moving, uncovering, or removing artifacts or burial objects either:

- human remains: means any part of the body of a human being in any:

- plan: refers to :
Indiana Code 14-21-1-8
(B) IC 14-3-3.4-14 (before its repeal); or
(2) in violation of such a plan;
commits a Level 6 felony.
