Sec. 3. A person may not use, set, cause to be used or set, take, or attempt to take fish by means of:
(1) a trotline;
(2) a set line;
(3) a throw line;
(4) a net;
(5) a trap; or
(6) a seine;
within two hundred (200) yards of a dam that wholly or partly crosses a river, stream, or waterway in Indiana or the boundary water of the state, except as authorized by rules adopted by the commission under IC 4-22-2.
