Indiana Code 14-25-3-18. Violations

Sec. 18. A person who violates:

(1) section 6, 11, or 12 of this chapter; or

person: means an individual, a firm, a limited liability company, a corporation, an association, or a governmental agency. See Indiana Code 14-25-3-1

(2) a rule or order concerning a restricted use area;

commits a Class C infraction. Each day of violation constitutes a separate infraction.
