Sec. 2. A person who knowingly rides or drives upon or over a levee constructed under law, except for the purpose of:
(A) at a public or private crossing; or
(1) passing over the levee:

- Highway: includes county bridges and state and county roads, unless otherwise expressly provided. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(B) upon a part of a public highway; or
(2) inspection or repair;
commits a Class B infraction.
