Indiana Code 14-28-4-20. Final report of commission on proposed ordinance

Sec. 20. A county or municipality may not pass an ordinance under this chapter until:

(1) the legislative body of the county or municipality receives; and

commission: refers to a flood plain commission established under this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-28-4-1

(2) the natural resources commission approves;

the final report of the commission.
