Sec. 6. (a) The clean water Indiana
fund is established to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The fund shall be administered by the division of soil conservation subject to the direction of the board.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-32-8-6
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
- fund: means the clean water Indiana fund established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-32-8-1
(b) The fund consists of:
(1) amounts deposited in the fund under IC 6-7-1-29.3;
(2) amounts appropriated by the general assembly; and
(3) donations, grants, and money received from any other source.
(c) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.
(d) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund or any other fund but remains in the fund to be used for the purposes of the fund.
