Sec. 7. After receiving a notice under section 5 of this chapter, the board of directors of the smaller district shall prepare and furnish ballots in sufficient number in the following form:

Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-33-16.5-7

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • smaller district: means , of the two (2) districts referred to in section 1 of this chapter, the one (1) that has the smaller number of freeholders. See Indiana Code 14-33-16.5-2
