Sec. 28. (a) The council shall meet at least three (3) times in each marketing year at the call of the president or at the request of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the council.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 15-15-12-28

  • council: refers to the Indiana corn marketing council established by section 17 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 15-15-12-4
  • marketing year: means the twelve (12) month period beginning October 1 and ending the following September 30. See Indiana Code 15-15-12-11
     (b) The council shall comply with the requirements under IC 5-14-1.5 (open door law).
