Terms Used In Indiana Code 15-16-5-20

  • commercial applicator: means a certified applicator, whether or not a private applicator with respect to some uses, who:

   Sec. 20. As used in this chapter, “licensed public applicator” means a licensed certified commercial applicator who uses or supervises the use of a restricted use pesticide as an employee of a state agency, municipal corporation, or other governmental agency.
