Sec. 52. (a) “Certificate” or “certification”, for purposes of IC 16-31, means authorization in written form issued by the Indiana emergency medical services commission to a person to furnish, operate, conduct, maintain, advertise, or otherwise engage in providing emergency medical services as a part of a regular course of doing business, either paid or voluntary.
(b) “Certificate”, for purposes of IC 16-42-5.2, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-42-5.2-3.7.
