- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 80. “Corporation”, for purposes of IC 16-22-8, IC 16-42-5, and IC 16-42-5.2, means the health and hospital corporation created under IC 16-22-8.
