Sec. 4.5. (a) As used in this section, “eyelash extensions” means strands of silk, mink, or another synthetic or natural material that are applied one (1) at a time and fixed to an individual’s natural eyelashes.
(b) The state department shall adopt reasonable rules to ensure the sanitary operation of facilities where eyelash extensions are applied as described in subsection (a).
