Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-22-7-6
(1) One (1) member for a term of one (1) year.
(2) One (1) member for a term of two (2) years.
(3) One (1) member for a term of three (3) years.
(4) Two (2) members for a term of four (4) years.
(c) At the expiration of the term of a member, the county executive shall appoint a successor for a four (4) year term. Each member serves until a successor is appointed and qualified.
