Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-36-1-15
- health care: means any care, treatment, service, or procedure to maintain, diagnose, or treat an individual's physical or mental condition. See Indiana Code 16-36-1-1
Sec. 15. A health care provider (as defined in IC 16-18-2-163(a)) may not be required to obtain a separate additional written health care consent for the provision of telehealth services.
