Sec. 19. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 16 of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
