- recreational vehicle: means a vehicle with or without motive power that is equipped to be used exclusively as living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways. See Indiana Code 16-41-27.5-3
Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, “RV campsite” means an individual site at which at least one (1) recreational vehicle may be parked overnight for vacation, recreational, health, educational, sectarian, business, or tourist activities.
