Sec. 3. The advisory group consists of the following members:

advisory group: refers to the Article V convention delegate advisory group established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 2-8.2-5-1
Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.

(1) The chief justice of the supreme court.

(2) The chief judge of the court of appeals.

(3) The judge of the tax court.
