Indiana Code 20-18-2-18. “Secondary school”

Sec. 18. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), “secondary school” means a high school.

(b) For purposes of IC 20-28-9-25, “secondary school” has the meaning set forth in IC 20-28-9-25.
