Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-19-7-15
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- DUAB: means the distressed unit appeal board. See Indiana Code 20-19-7-1
Sec. 15. The DUAB shall meet at least once every ninety (90) days with the school corporation‘s superintendent, the president of the school corporation’s governing body, and (as necessary) other administrators of the school corporation to discuss the corrective action plan and the school corporation’s progress in implementing the corrective action plan.
