Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-20-17-8
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- grant: refers to a grant from the fund. See Indiana Code 20-20-17-2
- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 8. A grant received by a school corporation may be expended by the school corporation for a twenty-four (24) month period.
