Indiana Code 20-20-45-12. Report

Sec. 12. The department shall biannually submit to the governor a progress report regarding the following:

(1) The development and administration of the program and fund under this chapter.

fund: refers to the next level computer science fund established by section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-20-45-2
program: refers to the next level computer science grant program established by section 5 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-20-45-4
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) The status of public schools in meeting the requirements under IC 20-30-5-23.

The report must be submitted not later than July 15, 2018, and not later than July 15 and January 15 each year thereafter.
