Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-24-7-15
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 15. A charter school is considered a school corporation for purposes of any state or federal funding opportunities administered by the department or any other state agency that are otherwise available to a school corporation as described in IC 20-18-2-16(a).
