Sec. 16.5. (a) A student must be subtracted under clause (K) of STEP THREE of section 10(a) of this chapter when a student transitions from a traditional high school to the high school equivalency pilot program under IC 20-30-8.5.

     (b) This section expires June 30, 2026.
