Indiana Code 20-26-13-2. “Cohort”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “cohort” refers to a class of students who:

(1) attend the same high school; and

Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) are first considered to have entered grade 9 in the same year.
