- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 9. The governing body of a school corporation may allow the use of a school bus during a local, state, or national emergency when requested by any governmental authority.
