Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-30-12-1

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
   Sec. 1. The department shall require all school corporations to make available to the school corporation‘s high school students the technology preparation curriculum developed by the state board.
