Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-30-8-15
- alternative education program: refers to an alternative school or educational program that is described in section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-30-8-1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- full-time equivalent students: means the number of students determined under section 16 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-30-8-3.5
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 15. Each qualifying school corporation shall report to the department in the form specified by the department the number of full-time equivalent students who were enrolled in an alternative education program. Reports must be submitted before July 1 of each year for the preceding school year.
