Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-33-2.5-2

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • school: refers to a public school, including a charter school. See Indiana Code 20-33-2.5-3
(2) organizer of a charter school.
