Sec. 10. The department shall prepare an annual report concerning the implementation of the program and shall submit the report to the state board before December 1 of each year. The report must include the pertinent details of the program, including the following:

(1) The number of students participating in the program.

(3) Recent trends in the field of advanced placement.

(4) The distribution of money under this program.

(5) Gender and minority participation.

(6) Other pertinent matters.
