- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
Sec. 10. The department may conduct either a financial review or an audit of a scholarship granting organization certified under this chapter if the department of state revenue has evidence of fraud.
