- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 14. The commission shall certify to the state comptroller the name and address of every applicant to whom an award has been issued. An award is effective during the academic year immediately following its award, and records and accounts relating to it shall be kept accordingly.
