Terms Used In Indiana Code 21-14-11-1

  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
     (b) An individual who is not lawfully present in the United States is not eligible to pay the resident tuition rate that is determined by the state educational institution.
