Indiana Code 21-23-4-2. Board; election of officers

Sec. 2. The board of trustees shall:

(1) at their first meeting after appointment;

(2) every two (2) years thereafter; and

(3) whenever a vacancy occurs;

elect by ballot a secretary and treasurer.
