Sec. 1. A state educational institution shall do the following:

(1) Prominently display on the home page of the state educational institution’s website a hyperlink to the state educational institution’s profile on the United States Department of Education’s college scorecard.

  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) Prominently display on the web page of each associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree offered by the state educational institution a hyperlink to the state educational institution’s scorecard on the United States Department of Education’s college scorecard for the applicable associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree.
