department of labor: refers to the department of labor created by IC 22-1-1-1. See Indiana Code 22-2-19-1

Sec. 2. The department of labor shall consult with the department of veterans’ affairs to create and distribute to employers described in section 4 of this chapter a veterans’ benefits and services poster.
