- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
Sec. 4. The attorney general, on behalf of the commission or other party at whose request a subpoena is issued under this chapter, may enforce the subpoena in appropriate proceedings in the court in which the action is filed.
